Agree with everything beloew. I had my Rambo done by Steve Rex in Sacramento my friend had his done by Bilenky. We both took everything off the frame and shipped it. Riv sent replacement decals directly to the builders. Both paint jobs were good, but the color surprised both of us. I asked for an exact match of the orange and it's not even close. Still, as Jim said, this bike gets knocked around a lot, so I'm OK.
Another item most people don't think of: I use the S&S to haul the bike around in my trunk. I just remove the couplers and three quick release cables and it takes less than 5 minutes to re-assemble. I hate bike racks and drive a sedan, so this works pretty well for me. All of this is worth it to me, when I get to where I'm going, I have my own bike. I like this MUCH better than renting.
