Carl: I have a 200-kilometer route from Davis (just west of Sacramento) to San Francisco via Napa, Sonoma, Petaluma, Fairfax, and Sausalito.
My friends and I have ridden this many times. The ride from Davis to San Francisco typically takes us about 12 hours, including stops for breakfast and lunch.
