Beautiful bike, and nice application of these bars. OK - now, did you
set up the M'bars high, and with a shorter stem?  If so, are the
porteur bars really that much more useful?

I ask only because sometimes folks set up mustache bars kind of like
in this photo with Pineapple Bob:

But....if you get 'em high enough, and use a shorter stem, they should
