You know... this invites scope creep. A rodeo with bars like this is a town 
bike. Nothing wrong with that. But it needs stay braise-ons to secure racks 
for utility shopping. That moves into Homer terrritory. 

It is a slippery slope. I say do the braise ons and let the chips fall 
wherever they fall.
