With regards to my electrically welded Hillborne- can't post the picture from my phone but if any of you have one in front of you, and assuming this isn't just a Waterford built Sam thing, the junction of the chain stay to the dropouts is it. It only takes one to be either lugged, brazed, or tig'd. Or all three!, which mine is. -Kai Brooklyn NY
