Both my wife and I have Albatross bars and we both started with bar ends. That experiment didn't last long and I switched out both bikes to Dura Ace and Paul Thumbies. Mine has the cork Ergons and hers, some cheap grips that I keep meaning to switch. We are both happy with the Thumbies. I find it easier to shift since I never have to take my hand off the bar.
