While I was futsing about sussing out my drivetrain noise, I took off the front derailer. On my ride (high speeds over washboard and rough single track) this morning it was:
— stunningly quiet — stunningly smooth — had zero chain bounces, including in my smallest cog over brought washboard. YES! Grin.
