Evan, That's a great idea and I think those guidelines oughta be
you'll need to submit a photo of you/bike/the tires somewhere. And
then ceremonially hand-off to the next brother (or sister). Kind of
like an [RBW] traveling gnome thing.

Hell, I'd be more than happy to kick it off and pass em along to the
next party; I am conveniently enough located, of course! ;-)
