I have two: One nice dark green one from Rowland's Nursery, where I worked a part time second job 11 years ago, before the company folded -- thick cotton canvas with 3 front pockets and long enough to protect; and in second place my deceased father's barbeque apron, only 1 pocket but even longer -- wadded up behind Stevie's counter; hope it isn't lost.
(I've got a neck to mid-shin, heavy cotton apron in bright yellow with flowers, bought on remainder at Rowland's, but that's my cooking apron.) My question is: what do you wear to keep your hair and sweat from getting into your eyes while wrenching? I need a second Rivendell cycling cap -- my only one stays in the car for open window driving.
