I decided not to cross. The south side of the reservoir still has a lot of 
snow, being on the north side of the hill and heavy forest. So I wimped 
out, did not ford the creek, and rode what was not snow bound. Brake 
squeaked once on the way down. I still haven't altered the toe-in.
