The Mavic XM 719 <http://www.mavic.com/rims-mtb-xm-719> is available in 36H:

ERTRO is 559x19, but the recommended tire width is 1.5-2.3" (58.4mm max).
Maybe you could get away with 60mm; certainly people have successfully run
622x60 tires on Open Pros, which are 622x19 ERTRO.

I haven't used this rim in 26", but I've used its 700c version (A719
<http://www.mavic.com/rims-road-triathlon-719>) and its silver-anodized
predecessor (T520) for several years as touring wheels. They'll take a
fierce beating.
