Make sure she will ferry you around as a reciprocal arrangement for all the years you had done the same. I recently had to get the oil changed on my Highlander because of time, not mileage (2700 mi over the past year thanks to Riv). I minimized the insurance and will keep it as long as it makes sense for hauling lumber and occasionally the bike when I want to ride somewhere BART, ACE or Amtrak doesn't reach. Even thought of a second bike as a replacement (http://www.butchersandbicycles.com/) but I haven't figured out how to haul 4x8 sheets of plywood or 10'-12' of steel or lumber on it.
