Nice bike...Niner makes a nice ride. I know a few people who are riding 
Niners, mainly Jet 9s but a few have the Air 9 too, and they really like 
them. Be prepared for nice braking...those hydros do work well when riding 
singletrack. The Deore group is solid and works well and so does the Recon 
Gold fork, and if you really start shredding trails you can always upgrade 
the fork if you feel the need in the future. You bought a real nice frame.
