I think Patrick and Jeremy have you covered, but, just trying to cover the bases.....
The 'squirreliest' thinng I've felt, is a crank-arm coming loose; I doubt it, but, if the headset doesn't solve it, check the pedals, the crank arms.... and the saddle, too, if it shifted around a bit, it could feel, unusual....
