I just closed on a new house, and it will have a larger workshop in bonus
space above the garage. I haven't moved much in yet. Pros are a bigger
space, but negatives are that I have to go up stairs to get there, and I've
been told to store all the bicycle up there. Currently have a distributed
storage scheme.
Old Workshop is 9' x 7.5'
