1. Open QR 2. Rotate the wheel so that the hub's terminal "outlet" faces the ground, then re-close the QR. That way rain water drips off and doesn't get guided to the outlet like it would when facing upward. Be sure to let a little bit of a wire loop hang down for the water to run off. And , maybe it will stop rotating to boot!
