Best of luck in her new endeavor.  I recall speaking to her a couple of 
times over the years when working out order details & always finder her 
most helpful (but that's in Rivendell's DNA) and coming up with solutions 
that worked.  She'll probably do well in her new position as it sounds like 
it'll need a person who can understand the situation at the other end of 
the line.  

Of course, this means there's a job opening at Rivendell!  (Sorry Grant, I 
just couldn't help myself).
