Chad- The bike looks lovely and he Brooks Cambium seems so right for the style. Regarding the touch-up, I would advise clearcoat afterwards. All auto touch-up sticks come with clear coat and you will get colour change and oxidation without. Hard to think of that lovely paint job getting chipped.
