I've used Ergons on an upgright, straight-ish handlebar on a commuter bike before, and I liked them a lot. But the shaping seems a little odd for the swept-back-bar hand position - the little flap part being on the inside, rather than facing the rider. Hey, if it works, it works. My wife seems happy with hers on her Albatross bar, too.
