I recently came into possession of a Phil Wood Bottom Bracket (through unjustified trust) that clearly needs to have the bearings replaced. A PW & general web search have not turned up any helpful guidance? Which bearing cartridge do I need? How do I get the old ones out & the new ones in? Are uncommon tools involved? Should I seek help from LBS or PW; or should I put them in the recycle box?
