Finally got around to remounting an Arkel handlebar bag to a VO pass hunter small rack. I realize that there are much fancier things out there, but this was my solution with things that I had on hand, and the handing of the bike no hands is much better than with the original mounting position. The top of the bag is now well below the brake hoods, which also makes it easier to access.
