IIRC, Clem uses the Hunqapillar fork. Also, the Hunqapillar (at least my first gen version) has mounting points on top of the fork crown. You can sorta see it in this pic: https://flic.kr/p/mtcPxp
Rob of Ocean Air Cycles has some good mods on his blog on using those mounting points (which the Rambler also has) and Surly hardware.
