None of my fendered bikes have double eyelets, so I have to share the eyelets with rack and fender mounts.
I use a Nitto R20 (a slightly cheaper, pre-Rivendell design) on my Riv Road, with VO "hammered" fenders mounted with PDW FMF safety tabs. I put the fender tabs on the outside of the rack, due to the design of the fender tab. I use a Tubus Logo Evo on my Schwinn KOM, with SKS P65 Lonboard fenders. I put the SKS fender safety tabs inside the rack legs, because they fit just fine that way. With that Biria rack, could you use one of the holes on the adjustable lower tangs? Aka, mount the fender tab to the rack itself?
