Not shipping but I traveled with a bike on Amtrak. I would not hesitate to use them for shipping. I wasn't aware they offered such a service. I have shipped quite a few very large packages using Greyhound busses. Body panels for vintage cars and trucks as well as numerous other somewhat less rare parts. I've always had them handle packages very well.
