Description of both being "roadish" does seem slightly suspect. It's interesting that they intentionally cropped off the handlebars in the photos of #5. A quick comparison tells me it might be similar to a 58cm production Joe, which would fit roughly the same size. Top tube is slightly shorter, but seat tube is slightly steeper, so probably a wash. Chainstays are actually quite a bit shorter than the Joe, so nowhere near "clemmish."
