Thanks, Eric. My gear range is nearly identical, IIRC. I have a 22t on the 
flip/flop, giving me a bailout gear, which I rarely use. And the extra 
weight and maintenance vs. what I have now, I don't see the benefit. Is 
there one I'm missing?
