I purchased some of the first run 650 x 32B Cypres and they were white label/wire bead. The green label/folding bead has a different composition. It was either the rubber compound or casing being changed to reduce rolling resistance, I don't recall which but the Hetres debuted around that time so I never revisited the 32s.
