Hey Patrick,

Check out vendors that cater to the Civil War reenactor crowd. They are
often MUSA, are nice old period designs, and some of them are made from
stainless these days.

The one on this page satisfies everything you mention, except it doesn't
mention what it is made from. Probably tin. I'm sure they'll tell you if
you ask: http://www.jarnaginco.com/CWCupscookwareplates.html

The one further down this page is stanless, not MUSA, and otherwise similar:

More options here: http://www.ushist.com/american_civil-war_tinware.shtml

And it's always worth Googling around. Lots of little vendors making great
stuff by hand but only selling it on their little website.

In general, civil war reproduction stuff is a great way to get classic
looking, MUSA, metal, hardy stuff. I use some myself, and also like to give
'em as gifts. They won't have seen one like it on Amazon, that's for sure!
