Providing consistently exceptional customer service is a challenging and 
amazing thing to accomplish and I just wanted to shout out to Rivendell and 
Grant as well as Peter White for their care of me as a customer.

Prompted by the light discussion in a different thread, I remembered I was 
wanting to get a Xion IQ light with AA batteries since mine wasn’t replaceable. 
Calling and talking with Penny and asking my usual pesky questions, she said 
“We’ll, let me look up your light.” She found my order from almost two years 
ago, and informed me that I already have what I want and educated my moronity 
ever so patiently. That is amazing service.

Rivendell’s service is simply always amazing. They put up with my pesky 
questions and are fast and prompt with shipping and in general never have a 
customer service issue, but when they pop up they take excellent care of me.

Two cycling companies that put the personal care touch in long distance 
internet shopping in an amazing way. Thanks!
