Different names, same bike. Available as a semi-custom (built-to-order to a Riv spec), or you can by the 58cm Glorius Rich-at-Riv is selling. Compared to a Cheviot it has shorter chsinstays and super-fancy lugs. I suspect the tubing is a bit thinner, too.
