I'd guess that price is pretty fair if the bike is like new as described. I think it is fair to assume the QB frameset today would be $1300 like the other imported, lugged frames (and would be Taiwan built vs Japan built). If it was my size and I was looking for that bike I think I'd go for it. I'd hate to lose the bike I wanted that's no longer made for $50-100.
