Just realized, as others already did, that you were probably asking about "food" canisters, not "spray" canisters. I'd assume you can find some that fit in paniers, but i think I'd feel safer with hanging my food anyway. In order to be officially rated as bear-proof, anything i know of is quite heavy, and not ideal for biking anyway.
