FWIW, I've modified (controlled denting) 50 mm st steel fenders to fit one
of my Riv Road frames (true 32s with fenders, but tight, and with 26"
wheels narrower fenders are not common. There are instructions and mandrel
photos in the archive.

Plastic can easily be trimmed.
