2. I second the saris freedom for the 60 Cheviot. I use it weekly and it is a solid platform for the step through frame.
3 I'm using the VO Zepplin 52 fenders with Compass Snoqualmie pass tires. The rear fender fit under the tectro r559 brake but I had to use a Paul racer brake on the front for clearance.
