I'll second what Justin said, nice 650 x 42B ride great as road tires. my 650 bike with 42s vs my lean road bike that carries nothing, both complete the same rides within a bathroom stop of each other. Plus, when you see that dirt road, you can just dive right onto it with your 42s.
