If one was to make it in to Pittsburgh from Cleveland to use the REI store as a packing/shipping resource, I have to say the Southside Works location in the city is a more "into it" location and staff have actually recognized and noted my Rambouillet when I've ridden to the location (right on the Southside trail along the Monongahela River).
