Meaning, there seems to be no fork-only option on eBay at the moment--all the "vintage" 1" are unicrown or suspension. (!) If this size worked, you might ask the seller to ship only the fork/headset. If you need something near the other end, the fork I may have looks about 155mm steerer, classic cast crown, guessing it will accommodate the tire you want.
