I've had the "Sensible Asyemmetrical Brake and Shifting Rig" (page 56) on my Bleriot for a couple of years now, and it's fan-freaking-tastic (if you can get over the minor issues Grant points out). If you want to ride drops, but stay mostly on the tops (like I do as a result of a degenerative disk), give it a try.
