Today? Today, I have a Light and Motion rechargeable battery powered thing that a friend of mine won at a 24 hour mountain bike race, and he perma-loaned to me. I don't know the model and the model probably doesn't matter because it's old. In general? I move around this battery powered thing to whatever bike I'm riding, if the bike I'm riding has no dynamo. Many of my bikes have a dynamo hub. I set up this bike and my Rosco Bubbe Road with the same rims, so those two bikes can swap front wheels. One has a Dura Ace hub, and the other has a Son Deluxe dynamo hub. So, sometimes I run this bike with a Schmidt dynamo hub and a hanging Edelux lamp. Rear lighting? This bike has a Dutch fender taillight. Did you mean something else?
