i think it depends on your intent. it probably wont appreciate much in value, or be worth putting too much work into it. But if its just for getting around, 90$ is hard to beat. Univega had some nice mixtes with the single top tube that splits to two at the chainstays. I think that style looks better and is more structurally solid. id be inclined to find one of those if i was looking for a mixte.
