Yes, correct. It has a seat stay cross bar thing with fender mounts. there is no need for an actual brake bridge, because either canti's or v's dont need that. Atlanti used to have a curved brake cable stop that went across the stays (which i think is what eric was referring to) and a bridge for mounting fenders. now they just have the bridge.
