It looks to me like he was on location in France in 1967 for "Monkeys Go Home" . Check out this photo, he is wearing the exact same pants as he is on the bicycle. Notice 3 things: The shirt is the same, the belt is the same , and the faded vertical crease in the front right pants leg below the waistline is the same . The hairline style too. All the same !
