As fas as the Trek frame, comparing bike fit reach is not so simple as 
measuring the TT alone .  Different seat tube angles alone will skew the 
comparisons, and I bet the Trek has a steeper STA than any Riv does. Them 
you get into seatpost setback and rail length and you've got yourself into 
a bit of pickle :)  You'd be best consulting with Riv. first.
