It's hard to see how you could do such a large cash outlay without having concrete plans on how to use it up or some understanding on how to use it. One nice RBW did was to offer a 20% discount through 12/29/17, essentially the same deal. I wonder if they are interested in say a $500 cash at EOY for a $600 credit. Perhaps the $500 is too small.
