Congrats, John! When I talked with Mark Nobilette he mentioned that checking
the alignment may cause paint to flake off, both because of where he had to
clamp it and if he needed to shift anything, preparing me for the likely need
of a full repaint. A few thoughts:

— I shifted to Paul canti’s and love them. Well worth it. Don’t forget the moon
thingy/hanger. It’s brilliant, simple and makes set-up and adjustment a breeze.
Paul designed the simple, humble hanger the way I groused it should be as I
tried to adjust them for too many years. They seem pricy ... until they don’t.
Grin.
— I miss my Hunqapillar. Even though I’ve shifted to riding my Quickbeam for
unloaded rides (most of them) and the Hunqapillar for loaded (errands and
bikepacking), There is something about riding a mammoth that’s different than
riding a fast, sentient treebeastie. Grin.

With abandon,
Patrick
