I’ve set up my Captain fit on road tandems to essentially match my set up on road bikes. My HHH is set up upright but the approach should hold just fine if you are careful with the numbers and make sure you get a set up that matches your single bike fit.
Riv has the CAD like drawing for the frame. You should be able to draw your single bike set up on top of the captain area and see exactly where you would be.
