Probably. You're right, the Legolas was said to be thin-wall, as is the 
Roadeo.

I'm really curious as to the weight of that bike and parts. My Gunnar 
Crosshairs is my 'go fast' but even with a carbon seatpost and a 
specialized toupe seat it's over 20lbs. I don't have the lightest wheels on 
there, so that may be it (32/32 DT Swiss to 5800 hubs with bigger tires)..
