RBW is flawed like any business. Or human run enterprise. Too much time and 
energy spent on the wrong stuff (though some love those wind shirt Dickey 
things I am sure haha) and not enough time in the core, brand defining and 
money making aspects. Sometimes bikes are boring and wind Dickeys are exciting. 
I often spend time doing things that don’t gain me money, fame or much else. 
And those things that crush he cash flow: inventory, overhead and payroll. Hard 
to run much of a business without them. 
A consultant could come in and “correct” many of these things, fire half the 
staff and remove all mention of wind Dickeys from RBW. But then it wouldn’t be 
RBW, would it. 

Maybe I should have added one of the last wind Dickeys and a few splats to my 
last order.
