You also have to be careful of the Atlantis's vintage. The older ones have less clearance. My Atlantis from 2001 cannot accept a nominal Schwalbe 55 but can accept a nominal Schwalbe 50. But more recent Atlanti can fit a Schwalbe 55.

Another consideration is actual tire size.  I had a 50 mm Schwalbe Marathon Supreme on Mavic A-719 rims that actually measured 46 mm and easily fit on my Atlantis.
