I have the little rookie pump that fits on the clem rack.  It works like a 
typical cheap mini pump, will get the job done but just take a lot longer 
than the zefal.  I've only had one flat on that bike in the last year, so 
I'm not too bothered about not having a better pump.  Here is a pick from 
the Riv website of a zefal on a 59 clem.  Maybe the smaller size zefal will 
fit the 45.
